His background includes industrial production, air and ground segments for domestic and international shipments, with specific knowledge of customs and regulatory issues. Implemented creative strategies that successfully overcame various economic challenges, allowing small, medium and large clients to achieve maximum profitability through the best use of existing human, technological and financial resources. Earned his Business Administration degree in 1982 from Universidade Católica de Petrópolis, Mastership in Project Planning in 1985 from Fundação Getúlio Vargas/ORT (World ORT/Instituto de Tecnologia ORT) and MBA in Corporate Business in 2000 also from FGV.
Born in the city of Rio de Janeiro, was raised in Petrópolis and later on moved to São Paulo, being married and father of a daughter.
On personal side, has a passion for mountains, adept to trekking and mountain climbing since early age, has escalated the Pão de Açúcar Mountain in Rio de Janeiro. At the present time enjoys daily walks, tennis play, books and movies.
