Earned his Master in Science in Transport Engineering from the Polytechnique Engineering School of Sao Paulo State University (POLI-USP), coursed an Executive MBA in Strategy, Operations and Structure of Local and Global Companies from Sao Paulo Business School - BSP, earned engineering and business administration bachelor degrees from Mackenzie University in Sao Paulo.

Started his career as an engineering intern, progressed up to legal representative, director, professor and COO. Worked for Transbrasil Airlines, Federal Express Corporation, Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras S/A, Atlas Transportes (FEMSA Brasil), Laureate International Universities (UAM) and Connect Linhas Aéreas S/A. He has lead hundreds of people who serviced a variety of market verticals: automotive, aerospace, high-tech, pharma, medical, clinical analysis, high value, freight forwarding, food, etc.

Father of two, Claudio is an active certified airplane pilot & glider flight instructor,  a vessel amateur captain by the Brazlian Navy. He is a runner, swimmer and a drums student.
