Monica Mastrantonio

Advisor - Social and Organizational Psychology

Mônica Mastrantonio has a Ph.D. in Social and Organizational Psychology and has more than thirty years of experience in education and developing people. Lately, she has been working with E. Learning and training platforms like NovoEd from Stanford. She has been applying behavior design to create team management, training, applying surveys and developing consulting solutions for companies such as Pastificio Selmi S/A, RPC Television Paraná, and International schools.

For the past 25 years, she has also developed an academic career coordinating and teaching in universities such as Universidade Estadual de Londrina, Universidade Santo Amaro and IPT-USP when she has tutored hundreds of students.

In 2017, being a skilled writer of fiction and non-fiction books under the pen name of Margareth Stewart, having received the Philanthropy University prize in Versailles for her book "Donation Ventures". In 2019, she became Globalwill Ambassador for Brazil and she is also the Brazilian Ambassador for ASmallWorld – the leading Swiss platform for travel and lifestyle and a board member of ANUEPO, a non-profit organization which serves more than 300 families. 
Mother of three, she loves life, jogging, and traveling.
