Raimundo Paula Soares is a Brazilian engineer with more than 30 years of experience in diverse companies, as a Commercial and Controller Director of one the biggest Real Estate company in Brazil, CFO of a Heavy Engineering Contractor, CEO and COO of an Industrial Soluble Coffee company with more than 400 employees, among other professional roles.

He is a civil engineer from PUC University and got his MBA in Finance from the IBMEC Institute, both in Rio de Janeiro.

He was also owner and manager of the first Brazilian Robusta Coffee Farm to be certified by Rainforest and UTZ with a production of around 8000 bags per year.

Married and father of four boys, has an airplane and glider pilot certificates, also enjoying some hiking and tennis.
